- LHLorraine HendleyJun 10, 20261.0If I could give 0 stars with a review I would. Firstly I'd like to add that I'm autistic. Life is hard enough as it is out here especially for anyone. Understaffed is no excuse to treat people like theyre not another human being. It cost nothing to be kind. I waited in line for over 30 minutes. Then when asked for what I needed, I had to ask for clarification on something, because sometimes things just need an extra clarification for me to understand. It's as simple as just saying yes correct, but instead of just answering yes or no I got asked a question in not a nice way, to insinuate that I asked a dumb question, and me being autistic didn't pick up on that right away, but then she just stood there staring at me making me feel completely stupid for asking, via body language, facial expression and just stood there with her lips pressed. Needless to say, it made me burst into tears and I left crying my eyes out because I was completely mortified by how I was treated. It literally cost nothing to be nice. And I couldn't chose another location because my residence is set up with them. Worst experience I've ever had at a post office. I can be patient in waiting. But that is no way to treat a customer. And when I tried to say something about it I was dismissed. What has the world come to that we can't just treat people nicely.
