  Worst possible post office in jacksonville fl. Changed address over a year ago and they still continue to deliver my previous address after doing 3 change of address forms. Manager doesn't care that his employees cant read or even where people's mail is really being delivered. Horrible customer service.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We went to the post office on Blanding to do a change of address, and the process was incredibly quick—less than a minute! The service was excellent. The employee was very quick, professional, and precise. She made sure everything was completed correctly, told us to watch for the mail confirming that everything had been changed, and wished us a good day. I really appreciate this kind of service. Quick, efficient, and professional. Great experience!

  Not a great branch. They have a machine where you can buy postage for letters or packages as a DIY, but most people sit in line and get their postage from the clerk, which makes the line longer. There is seldom more than one clerk at any given time, so the line moves slowly. There is one clerk in particular that likes to chat with people, so the line is even slower when he's the clerk. One time I had an issue with my post office box and asked for a manager, and she refused to come talk to me. She made me tell the clerk my problem (thus holding up the line) and then the clerk would go back and tell her what I said and give the clerk a response to give to me. Any business, but especially a government agency which serves the public, should produce a manager if a customer asks for one. I only go to this branch when I have to.

  Like most post offices in Jax, it looks like it was built in the 1960s. On the day I went, the a/c was barely working, & the sliding doors were propped open to allow some air flow. I stood in line for 45 minutes while watching the sole employee struggle to assist a customer who couldn't recall the destination address for her package. Unfortunately, neither the employee nor the customer seemed to be bothered by the line of customers that kept growing until it extended out of the open front doors and into the dilapidated parking lot. I eventually had to leave and take my business to pricey UPS. I sometimes wonder if that customer is STILL standing at the counter in the post office while the employee struggles to use the computer. Oh well. I guess that experience was an accurate representation of the crumbling state of our once great country...
