They take it upon themselves to hold my mail because they they it looked like i moved or i have a problem with receiving my mail and packages. Horrible!!!!!!

My employer was confused because the package showed as delivered but it was still not able to pick it up yet. Over the 3 days I was trying to get this resolved, Kendra was there to provide updates, clarification and provide next steps. She helped me communicate with my employer and ease their tension.

Tell your employees to get out of the vehicles they are in an walk up to my box and deliver my mail... Isn't that why you have jobs for to do getting paid for not just sitting all the time use your feet.
