- TMTomeka MartinAug 6, 20261.0I truly understand why this post office has such low reviews, it aligns with there low customer service, low attentiveness of customers, low work ethic, it definitely lives up to the low expectations of service by reviews. Spot on,good job. This is by far the laziest I've seen USPS customer service. The excuse of being the only one working is the poorest excuse to treat customers unworthy of service, when a customer greets you with a smile, usually you speak back, not stand there like you've had lemon peels in your mouth all day. You set the atmosphere. When a customer comes to your counter and prefers human interaction over a kiosk you should be grateful and not send them to interact with a device that can clearly take your job.I barely trust USPS humans and want me use the kiosk. Honestly with the below low quality of service,maybe this location need to be run by only KIOSKS. Needless to say, I have options don't stay were you're not wanted. Thank you for your low standards in Customer Care, keep it up or maybe reach for higher.
