The government should really hire people that are knowledgeable about their job duties and also consider those that have appropriate customer relation skills. Whoever worked the front desk at 5:15pm on 5/19/26 should be fired!

- NNNicholeApr 14, 20261.0I had a very frustrating and costly experience with this post office related to PO Box package handling. I was given written instructions by staff on how to format my address using USPS street addressing. I followed those instructions exactly. Despite that, multiple packages were refused by a supervisor (Kim) and returned to sender, even though they matched the format provided. This created a cascade of issues. Several packages were misrouted or marked for return, and I had to intercept some directly with UPS to prevent them from being sent back. Others I was not able to catch in time and were returned to sender, putting me outside retailer return windows and resulting in lost money. Due to the number of misrouted packages, I ultimately had to file a police report to document the situation. I attempted to escalate the issue but was unable to get any meaningful response or resolution. If you’re considering a PO Box at this location, I strongly recommend getting clear, written confirmation of how they handle UPS/FedEx deliveries. Even then, be aware that actual handling may not align with what you’re told. This experience made the service unreliable and cost me both time and money.
