  I had a wonderful experience at the Mandarin Post Office today and was helped by Dominic. She was incredibly kind, patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. Since everything was new to me, she took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me with every single thing I needed. She was also so polite, friendly, and had such a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience even better. Excellent customer service! Thank you so much, Dominic, for your patience and kindness!

  Not a single good review, not surprised at all. Spent 15 minutes alone trying to convince the AI to let me be on a 15minute hold to wait for a real person. It's so complicated to get past the AI that someone like me with a bachelor's in IT had a hard time getting past it. It's like it's set up to not help you as much as it can. Y'all really need to fix this, this is insane if IT majors can't get past your dumb AI system BEGGING TO BE HELPED BY A REAL PERSON!!!

  I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but I visited this location today to send a package to my best friend for her birthday and as soon as I walked up to the counter, the representative was very unkind and didn’t seem like she wanted to be working there. When I brought a box up to the counter to put the present in, she asked if I needed it to be rushed or if I didn’t care when I got there I told her I did not care when it arrived so she said to get another box so that it would be less expensive. I went to get a different box that had tape already on the sides to close the box which I used, but it didn’t close the box very well. So again, I walked up to the counter and asked if I could have some help with the tape and spoke with a different representative, who was also unkind and unhelpful, responded to me and said “well you didn’t put the tape on the right way if you would’ve put it on there the right way then it would’ve stayed on.” So my response was “oh I’m sorry I’ve never used this kind of box before Could you please help me?” And then she proceeded to just hand me the tape and told me to go over to the counter and do it myself. There was nobody else waiting. I work in customer service so I know this is not the way to treat any customer, let alone any human. Once I got my box to the counter all taped up another different representative says “oh you know that’s gonna be over $100 to ship Right?” I said “oh no, I didn’t. I was told this would be a less expensive option” so again, I asked for help picking out a better size box because I was shipping out a shoebox with my best friends present and was advised to go buy a different box from Walmart. I still had to pay $8 for the box that I had already taped up, so I was quite unhappy having to pay eight dollars for a box I didn’t even need and I didn’t even get to ship my best friend’s birthday present to her, all because the representatives were unwilling to help me. The employees need some serious coaching and to fix their attitudes or find somewhere else to work since they clearly don’t want to work there.

  Debit card was sent out twice and returned I was given a phone number that was no longer in service. Had to call the I call and was advised the cards had not been returned call the bank back advised they had been returned on two different date.
