When checks and other sensitive items sit in the box long past the posted pickup times, it creates the perfect opportunity for theft. USPS is supposed to be a trusted service, but this location is making that trust feel misplaced.

Although I have no idea how many employees work at the post office, I can tell anyone who cares to listen that Tiffany is a very hardworking employee at the post office on Lenox Road in Jacksonville, Florida. On a recent to this particular location, I observed Tiffany as the only worker, taking care of a line out the door.

I was really nervous going in because of the reviews but Tiffany was really nice and handled everything quickly and she helped me put the customs form pouch on the box since I wasn’t sure. The line was long at first but once it started moving Tiffany got everyone in and out. I hope she’s working the next time I go
