  My daughter shipped a Christmas gift early January which they lost. We have been denied the claim and the appeal. I visited the store several times inquiring about the claim appeal until today 5/1/26 they told me it was denied. I was told by the claims department that the package was dropped off at one of their drop off locations in Long Island mind you we gave the address to a private residence in safe neighborhood. That the package had tracking and they have Proof it was delivered to the “drop off location and that’s all they can do”. We personally called each and every UPS drop off location in the plaza that they advised back in January, and the Supervisors all looked through their inventory at the time and didn’t find the package. If they actually did an investigation from the beginning they would have found the package. Will never use UPS again.

  Dear Store Manager, I am writing to express my concern regarding an unpleasant experience I had at the Argyle The UPS Store location recently. During my visit, 3/3/26 at 10:35a the Male cashier (Brent) appeared visibly frustrated and angry because after advising us we can us the Kiosk, several times, several customers, including myself, preferred not to use the self-service kiosk. Rather than assisting us professionally, the cashier made comments and displayed an attitude that felt dismissive and rude. It created an uncomfortable environment for everyone waiting in line. He stated we were messing up his service. He actually singled out one customer and was talking to him very rudely. The customer was very nice and kept stating "I'm okay, I'll wait." He harassed this customer. I apologized to the gentleman/customer, when I left. He didn't deserve that. I understand that kiosks may help streamline operations, but customers should not feel pressured or criticized for choosing face-to-face service—especially if they are unfamiliar with the kiosk or simply prefer personal assistance. I value respectful customer service and hope this matter can be addressed to ensure a more welcoming experience in the future. Thank you for your time and attention to this issue. Sincerely,
