They decided to make their own rules; I needed a picture of the lable because Amazon has mixt yo too many of my packages, the XXL guy with the gold chain, dressed in black (not in uniform) tells me that per UPS policy I'm not allowed to take pictures of my return labels (????) Are they going undercover now? I've been taking pictures of my return labels for ever, and every where else, and have never had an issue. Additionally, it looks like he is trying to take pictures of my car(???) Rude all the way.
