  I am extremely disappointed by the rude and dismissive treatment I received at The UPS Store on State Road 13 this morning. Yesterday, I visited another UPS location with several Amazon returns. The associate there reviewed my paperwork, identified which label belonged to each item, and explained that the items needed to be packaged in boxes. I followed those instructions and brought everything to the State Road 13 location this morning, struggling through the door with a cart, a large box, and an additional package. When the employee asked which paperwork belonged to each item, I explained that I was unsure because the return information had come from my company’s marketing department and I did not have access to it on my phone. Instead of making any effort to assist me or calmly explain my options, she abruptly said she could not help me. When I mentioned that the associate at the other UPS location had been willing to help identify the items, she again refused. She then sarcastically raised her hand and said, “Bye-bye,” dismissing me as though I were an inconvenience rather than a customer asking for assistance. When I told her that she was being incredibly rude, she repeated, “Bye-bye,” in the same disrespectful tone. I understand that employees must follow procedures and that she may not have been able to process the returns without additional information. What is completely unacceptable is the way she chose to speak to me and dismiss me. A courteous explanation would have resolved the situation. Instead, her behavior was condescending, unprofessional, and humiliating, and it left me feeling singled out and deeply uncomfortable. I have never experienced this level of disrespect from someone working in customer service. Management should review this incident and address how customers are treated at this location. No customer should be spoken to or dismissed in this manner.

  I had a great experience at the UPS Store Julington Creek. The staff was helpful and got me out the door quickly. Great experience!

  Rude. Charge $10 for less than 5 strips of tape or $2 per strip to close a box. The worst experience I have ever had at a UPS store. They nickle and dime every single thing. I don't expect free just not to be extorted... UPDATE: all the large boxes were UPS not USPS. Small bags were USPS. Driving out to the UPS in Bartram will always be the superior and ideal choice to avoid egregious price gouging
