  I recently returned three items—curtains, curtain rods, and a vacuum—via UPS for an Amazon order. The vacuum, worth $130, was included in the drop-off, but the UPS worker only scanned the curtain rods and gave a receipt with just two packages. I didn’t realize until later that only two items were listed, so the vacuum was essentially taken for free. I have footage with a timestamp showing all three items handed over. I’m very disappointed that UPS handled this return so poorly and basically stole my vacuum

  I had to visit 2 different stores on opposite sides of the city. Dunn Ave. didn't even care to help, they told me to go to theUhaul store to find a shipping box. Do not recommend going here for anything. The St. Johns Bluff store was kind and very helpful although I don't understand why I was charged $1.50 for printing a lable when I was supposed to have free returns and since the item no longer fit in the delivery box, I purchased a box for $15 to make my free return. I understand that the issue was with Amazon and not UPS.

  Dat was extremely helpful and professional. I had to send an international package and he helped me figure out the mailing address. I love going to this location because all of the employees are really nice.
