    The staff is friendly and it’s easy to get to. The hours operation of is convenient for me and the service is reliable. I’m always greeting and treated with respect every time.

    I visited the UPS Store on Hogan Street to get color prints made, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. First, I was charged incorrectly and noticed that taxes appeared to be charged twice on my order. On top of that, I paid for color prints but was given black-and-white copies instead. When I returned to the store to have the issue corrected, I expected either the correct color prints or a refund for the difference. Instead, I was told that I would have to return the prints, receive a refund, and then be charged all over again to have new prints made. This process seemed unnecessary and inconvenient, especially since the mistake was not mine. Customer service should focus on resolving errors quickly and fairly. I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with how the situation was handled. I hope management reviews its procedures and works on providing better customer service in the future.

    One of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time. The wait was unreasonably long, but what made the experience truly disappointing was the attitude of the staff. They were rude, impatient, and appeared bothered by customers asking for assistance. I also witnessed an older woman struggling to make a simple copy. Rather than offering basic courtesy or empathy, the employees seemed uninterested in helping her. It was uncomfortable to watch and completely contrary to what customer service should look like. Professionalism, patience, and respect cost nothing, yet they were noticeably absent during my visit. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I sincerely hope management addresses these issues before more customers have similar experiences. A business can recover from long wait times; it is much harder to recover from customers feeling disrespected.

    I like how the store associates welcome you into the store Making you feel like a value customer very eager to help you and always say have a great day when you are leaving the store very friendly staff I enjoy doing business with that particular store.

    Today is 5/27/26 I came to pick up my page because the mailing address was wrong, so I paid them to send it to the store. I walk in there was 2 people at the deck as Customer service representative one of them was a girl (details: jet black hair , glasses, ) no more then between 18-23 of age. The guy that was a CSR was handling a customer, i was going to wait for him because he seem to be the one handling the cash register. He looked at her , the she looked at me turn head til back and said- no 😐😏. They laughed like it was just something to do... I didn't even do anything, but its all good. I got my stuff and left, I was already having a bad day... but that was just extra 😔 Ps:god stop sending me these test, im can't keep doing this.
