  Absolutely terrible customer service. This company has ZERO respect for its customers. Instead of actually trying to deliver your package, they make assumptions that your information is “incorrect” or “incomplete” and use that as an excuse not to deliver it. No serious attempt to contact you, no effort to solve the problem — they simply tell you, “Contact the seller,” and wash their hands of the entire situation. It honestly feels like their attitude is: “Not our problem. Go deal with the seller and figure it out yourself.” What makes it even worse is that you pay them to DELIVER a package, yet when there is the slightest issue, they act as though helping you is somehow not their responsibility. A shipping company that makes you chase the seller instead of making a genuine effort to deliver the shipment is failing at the most basic part of its job. Extremely frustrating, disrespectful, and unprofessional experience. One of the worst customer-service experiences I have ever had. I will absolutely avoid using this company again.

  Worst experience ever!! I went for a fingerprint yesterday and was having a hassle with scanning a few fingers, the employee was on his phone watching videos somewhat leaning against the counter and he heard me having a hard time with scanning. I asked him for assistance, he walked over and clicked through everything! There were multiple fingers with a triangle over them and he clicked through it, then clicked submit! One of the questions asked for my documents and he didn’t even ask me, he chose DL and SSN. I told him I don’t have my ssn only birth certificate and he still clicked submit quickly then said “you’re in the system” I immediately had to send my company an email about this because now we cannot find my fingerprints.

  Lazy people here said the passport pic machine is broken. He seemed to have to think about a reason for not wanting to do it and that's what he came up with.
