  Fantastic,last time I was sending a 36 pages fax and they told me that if going to take time because is sending page by page...every time the employee came to me and let me know what number if pages were sent...very nice.

  Quite possibly the busiest yet slowest UPS on planet earth. There is always a huge line of people that are waiting 20+ minutes because there aren’t enough computers/employees at this location.

  Todd is always so kind and patient. I’ll literally drive across town just for his service! This is the only location where the staff member consistently has such a pleasant attitude. Thank you Todd

  I’ve had good experiences at this location in the past, but my visit today was extremely disappointing. I came in specifically for notary services, and the staff member on duty outright refused to help me, offering no real assistance beyond telling me to check Google. This created a major inconvenience and forced me to drive an hour to another UPS location to get my documents notarized. I don’t typically leave negative reviews—and when I do leave reviews, they’re usually positive—but the unwillingness to help or offer any workable solution, especially after I was advised to come in for this service, is unacceptable. Being turned away without support, when I was able to receive the same service at another location, is simply not fair to customers.
