    I’ve never seen a UPS Store exceed expectations when it comes to disappointing a client. If you want no customer service and dismissive staff, this is the place. Imagine being a receiving hub for UPS drop off packages and being unwilling to provide clients a drop off receipt at the counter. It’s not that you cannot, because you provide that when generating shipping labels for clients. It’s that you didn’t want to take the time to help me. Not my first experience dealing with this store and having the same issue. Every other UPS store is courteous, this is absurd. Drive past, go to the next UPS location for a better customer experience.

    So online it says they open at 7:30 got here at 7:30 sharp before work and they are not open. They don’t open until 9 AM. I’m not sure why no one changed it online. completely inconvenienced my morning!

    If you just need to drop a package for UPS great service. But they are now open only M - F 9am to 6pm and let's just say 9ish and they are closed on the wknds.

    Website says hours and says verified by business but when you go it's closed Saturday and Sunday. They need to fix website

    It is 9:15 am Online says the door opens at 7:30am there are currently six vehicles outside of store people waiting to go in and the door is locked like no one is in there .
