    The experience was a bit overwhelming. I've never shipped anything out and was nervous because I had a product that needed return with very specific instructions from the retailer. I wanted to make sure I didn't get anything wrong and asked questions of course cause I had no idea what I was doing. A lady working there made me feel like a bother and seemed annoyed. I never write reviews, but I found this kinda frustrating. This location is closest to my house, but I think I rather drive further than deal with this issue again. Not to mention, sending a RAM stick with bubble wrap cost me 80 dollars. It was in such a small box. I didn't even want to ask why the price was so high because at that point I wanted to leave.

    I went with the intention of printing a document, however, there are not WiFi printers. Meaning I would have to email the document in order to have it printed. Here is the catch printing cost a few cents but the email is $4.99. Hell Nah! Walgreens in the same plaza did it digitally for the few cents. I am not mad at a hustle I just won’t Be Hustled.

    Sometimes there Amazon drop off doesn't work or they're not open when they should be. Call first!

    I’m elderly, and every time I come into this place, the staff is always so nice and welcoming. I’ve never had a problem, and I truly enjoy coming here. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is friendly, and they always make you feel comfortable. I can only imagine how difficult it can be dealing with so many different personalities every day, but this team makes it look easy. Great customer service and a great staff. We really appreciate you guys being here and everything you do!
