  The store was clean and well organized, making it easy to find supplies. The staff were professional and customer oriented; greeting customers as we entered and answering questions as needed. After verifying my identity, Mr. Breckin went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. He apologized for the series of questions, but I appreciated his attention to detail; no one was leaving there with the wrong package. He deserves special recognition for his efforts...Thank you for all you do!

  I had a very bad experience with this UPS Store. I sent an envelope containing extremely important original documents that had come from another state and cannot be replaced. The envelope was lost. I filed a claim and was told a case would be opened, but it was closed in less than 48 hours. I was told there was nothing they could do because the envelope had been lost. They also offered me a refund, but refunding the shipping cost does nothing to fix the serious problem this has caused me. I find it unacceptable that such a serious case was closed so quickly. I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled.

  $2 is nothing but for one piece of tape for a 6” box just out principle won’t pay it and won’t return here far better other less buckle and dime locations.

  Employees upfront helping are always very nice. The issue is the manager/possibly the owner. Shorter, older man with white hair, collared shirt, dress pants. Anytime I go in here he gives my kids dirty looks. They will look at the pens and notebooks and things and they’re not doing anything wrong but browsing, but he will come out of the back when they do it. We will continue to come into the store because it’s really close to our house and continue to give him dirty looks back. Im sure he’s not very nice to his employees if he’s doing this to his customers. Very strange behavior.

  I always use the self return booth for my Amazon returns. For some reason one item did not work, so I went to the counter. The worker there was VERY rude not even offering to help, it seems like he feels he is way better than to be working there. Next to him was his blond coworker and she just helped being rude saying I had to contact Amazon because the code had been used. I said of course I just used it in the booth and said to come do an associate would help. I stepped out of the store and rebooted my coupon, went in and this time the booth accepted it. I think they could’ve told me that. Very UNHELPFUL AND RUDE associated. Will continue with the booth to avoid these characters.
