  They closed earlier than they where suposed to today, so I was not able to return my item in time. She was still therw too but refused to help me for 2 minutes.

  Absolutely Terrible Experience. This was one of the worst shipping experiences I've ever had. I shipped a package to Mexico through this UPS authorized shipping store. At no point did any employee tell me that baby shoes could not be included because of shipping restrictions. They accepted my package, charged me $150, and sent it anyway. Later, my package was returned because of those shoes. If the employees had done their job and informed me before accepting my package, I would have simply removed the shoes and avoided all of this. Now they expect me to pay another $150 just to resend the package. They refuse to take any responsibility, refuse to issue a refund, and keep sending me back and forth between the store and UPS customer service. UPS customer service says the store is a third-party location and that only the store can resolve the issue, while the store refuses to help. This business has terrible customer service, poor communication, and no accountability. Customers should be informed of shipping restrictions before being charged. I wasted my time, my money, and was left with no solution. I would never use this location again and I strongly recommend that others avoid it.

  Although the website promotes notary services and has appointment slots for notary services on Saturdays there is No notary services on Saturdays. 1 star for wasting my time.
