  I had such a wonderful experience at this UPS Store on Monument Road! I walked in with a damaged box that couldn’t be used, and the employee who helped me (employee #386383) went above and beyond. She came out to my car, helped me unload everything, and carefully repacked my items to make sure they would arrive safely. She was kind, patient, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about helping people. While she was assisting me, she also took a moment to give another customer’s child a lollipop, which was such a sweet gesture and showed how thoughtful she is with everyone who walks through the door. Exceptional customer service like this is rare these days. She made a stressful situation incredibly easy, and because of her, I’ll gladly drive out of my way to use this UPS Store again. Thank you for going above and beyond—you truly made my day!

  Very helpful getting items boxes up and giving me options on delivery dates and costs. Even offered a military discount when I mentioned the items were parts of my son’s Army uniform.

  This location is alright, most of the staff are friendly and professional. However, I’ve had several unpleasant experiences with an older Asian woman and a young Hispanic employee named Gaige. I found them to be rude and disrespectful when providing assistance.

  This is a great store. The service is prompt and they are very helpful. They also always have the shipping containers adn equipment I need for my business. A ++
