  Do not have items, especially phones, delivered to this UPS location. I attempted to pick up my phone that was shipped from T-Mobile on 02/20/26, and when I got there, I was told it had already been picked up. Mind you, when you pick up a phone, you have to show your ID. The gentleman behind the counter told me that this person showed an id with my name. If you can see I don't have a very common name and have not lost my ID. So, not sure who or what ID you saw, but I guarantee it was not mine. At this time the assistant manager, I believe, walked into the store and was told what happened. I was asked again if someone else in my household, maybe a daughter, picked up my phone for me. My daughter can't even walk yet, so no she did not pick it up nor did my husband. While they both were staring at the computer, the gentleman who initially helped me whispered (not that quietly) that he made an oops. I was never given an apology for what happened; I was just told that they would look at the cameras and take my information. Not sure what good that will do. I was also shown where the package would have been and how my name would've been listed, so that's how they know what packages to give out. I don't need a tour of your shop; I need you all to better your process and make sure your employees are actually looking at IDs when someone comes to pick up a package. So, with all that being said, I will never use this store again (I know I'm just one person, so not really going to impact you), and I would suggest that others avoid it, as well.

  Updated: Had to share how Deedee helped me fix a USPS shipping problem. They just make everything easy, this is a GREAT store. This is a good ups store, they always do a really good job consistently. Good people.

  This ups store has always been incredibly helpful. I have only had great experiences here. I brought in a package a couple years ago to ship and the clerk custom cut my awkward box and made a box like origami. I was so amazed. I also had a bunch of items to ship at one time recently and they processed them extremely fast. For my shipping needs in the future this will be the only place I go.

  I've dealt with Christina nearly a dozen times over the course of a few months. All smiles when someone is paying too much at the register, but if you take a pre-labeled package- she's absolutely terrible. I cannot believe the way I was treated in there tonight. As for all the "great reviews" you mention in defense of your disrespecting of me.. looks like I'm not the only one here with a gripe about you...
