- SFSal FisherSep 9, 20265.0Dee Dee is always very helpful, kind, and professional. She's there every time I stop in, ready to help with a beautiful smile. I go to this ups store out of my way because I know I'll be in good hands. 💖
- GCGiselle CarrilloSep 9, 20261.0This location is NOT customer friendly. As you walk in you will not be greeted. The 2 clerks that were there seemed annoyed more people walked. Complained how “busy they were all day and how tired they were”,to each-other in front of customers. When it was my turn, I was mocked for the item I needed to over night that was nearly $200.I use this location for convenience. But the 4 times I’ve had to ship, I’ve only had 1 good experience. UPS, I would consider hire methods or train them to have better customer service.
