If you're ever dealing with a legal portal and need high resolution scans this is the place to go. I went to four other UPS Stores where no one knew anything about the printer. Whereas, this store most every employee knows how to do this. If you do catch a newer employee who doesn't know, there's always someone there that does. So you're not wasting your time. The new one will know soon enough and they'll probably train them in front of you. Repetition is the key. Best UPS store around! 300 DPI -600 DPI -in color, if these are things you're needing help with go to the store and get it done right

I was planning a family reunion for over 200 people so I came to the store looking for help with some printing needs. Mr Bryce set the bar with his professionalism, keeping in Communication with me guiding every step of the way. Manager Cali help out to ensure everything was great. When I say everything turned out perfect. I forgot 2 awards at the end but Matt came to my rescue. This place is magical with some amazing staff
