  I would recommend this UPS location to anyone who lives in the immediate area. I live nearby, and it is always a pleasant experience in every sense of the word. From customer service to the air fresheners in the store, down to the shipping and delivery details. I can always be sure that the staff at this location have my best interests at heart with any valuables I ship out or any returns I may have. Me living nearby, of course I see the staff often. We converse about life, work, and overall just getting to know each other - obviously, work from their side of the table permitting. Never have I ever had a bad experience here!! Honestly, it's nice to have a family-operated UPS location where the staff and its management are so personable and friendly. It really makes your neighborhood, area, whatever you want to call it feel more like home. If you live anywhere East of 295 on the northside, I highly recommend stopping into this location and utilizing their services. Take a second and interact with the staff as well. Sometimes I believe people are so busy with their own lives that they forget to genuinely interact with the people in front of them. I'm sure you will not be displeased! Thank you & God Bless :)

  I visited this location with my 2-year-old daughter, who was sitting on my lap and under my direct supervision. During my visit, the owner told me, “Keep your child on a leash.” I found this comment unnecessary, disrespectful, and inappropriate, especially since my child was not running around or causing any disturbance. A customer who was present also heard the comment. What made the situation even more concerning was that a female employee nearby questioned him and asked why he would say something like that, which showed that the comment was also unexpected to others present. I understand the importance of maintaining a safe and respectful environment, but concerns should always be communicated to customers in a polite and professional manner. I hope this location reviews this interaction and ensures all customers and families are treated with courtesy and respect.

  Great experience at The UPS Store! The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The store was also extremely clean, organized, and even smelled amazing! You can tell they take pride in keeping the place nice for their customers. Excellent customer service all around!

  This is a really nice ups store. It's very clean organized and smells amazing. The service is top notch and friendly. Even when it's very busy owner/ workers all pitch in to keep customers from waiting too long.
