- PBPatricia BondApr 16, 20262.0I frequent this ups when I am in town to visit my family. I loved and miss the two girls Erin and Mackenzie . Truly the best. The new gentleman and girl are standoffish and just makes it feel like I’m going to the post office. Sadly the way I was treated when returning the item which said it just needed my QR code to be scanned not mentioning a box. The guy flat out says “you think you can return it without a box? Do that and come back” I was flabbergasted. I will have to go to the one further down now . Did not like the hostility a condescending tone he gave me. EDIT: went in again and same experience. Brought another return and they want to charge me 5.00 for a box. Brought it to the new ups on Dunn and they scanned and were glad to return my product no box no charge. So much nicer
