- AAANdaJul 1, 20262.0The people are nice who work here but this store charges for every little thing. I’ve went to most of ups stores in the area like yulee and Len turner and I’ve never seen them charge for tape or the ups shipping envelopes

You’re already making money from Amazon to take returns, it’s a ridiculous fee to expect $2.50 for TAPE (I could maybe see .50)! I will continue going to the other location on Dunn. You’re a new location and not setting good first impression.

I needed to use this location and the customer service over the phone was horrible and they told me they charge 3.50 for asking for the email because if we send things to the email and don’t pick up it’s an inconvenience for them. This store needs more training and solid policies that actually make sense.
