  I came in today to do some returns for Amazon.I did not do them correctly. Angel was the one who assisted me. She Was very patient, very kind and considerate. I also observed her assists others, she was kind to everyone and worked with a smile. She has a very pleasant attitude. She is such an asset. I have been coming to this UPS location for a very long time and never have.I ever experienced customer service like this here. Thank you so much Angel! Keep being the "Angel" that you are.

  Recently I moved into the area and looking for a new UPS location as I also need a mailbox. So, checking the area out, I went to return a large two identical items in April 2026. Unfortunately, I had forgotten to tape the one box down on the end. I politely asked if they could tape up the one end. The lady in charge taped it and then without letting me know charge me for the entire roll of tape. When I asked for the rest of the roll of tape because they had to put maybe four feet of tape on my box. I was told, “no”. I was charged the entire roll of tape because they had to tape it. Next time tell me, “no” beforehand and I will purchase my own tape. Definitely no plans to return to this UPS store!
