  We had a sign installed in Sept of 2022- here we are June of 2026. We just learned that another sign in our complex was installed by Shark Signs and was not waterproofed correctly, causing water damage over the years to the building. We have had our sign inspected and now are taking the necessary steps to have our sign waterproofed on a stucco building so we do not endure the larger cost of repair to the building as our sign was not waterproofed correctly either. It is unfortunate that sometimes it takes so long to find out that incorrect installation ends up costing so much when it could have just been added to the original installation cost and done correctly from the get go. Of course the damage from water intrusion takes time thus putting you out of a warranty and workmanship guarantee period. This is frustrating when you hire a professional and have the expectation of a job well done. Just beware as a consumer that just because the COJ signed off on it does not mean that it was done properly.

  We recently used Shark Signs of NE FL for a project and wanted to post about our *exceptional* experience. We are not located in the area and needed more guidance than a typical local would in branding our new location. Brad not only helped us with the signage project Shark Signs was fabricating, but also provided several referrals for the smaller projects he wasn't able to assist with. • City permitting/Sign fabrication/Installation times were more than acceptable. • Final product was high quality and exactly as promised. • Impeccable customer service.
