- JNJay NiemanJul 10, 20261.0I believe this was a delivery vendor as to a Lowe's appliance purchase. We recently had an absolutely horrible experience as to a failed delivery. We live in a gated community and the driver went to the wrong gate. He did not follow signage giving him directions to the main gate, and failed to return messages or calls when I tried to direct him to the main gate. He simply abandoned the attempt, so far as I can tell. Calls to his dispatch center and Lowe's (customer service, store, corporate) failed to resolve the situation. I will do my best to avoid working with this entity, or Lowe's, in the future.
