  This is the best water delivery service for our area. We are an underserved area of Jacksonville that has seen an influx on housing development. I am so glad for this company.

  This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in 28 years of self-employment! The actual local delivery service was excellent up until I wanted to discontinue. I attempted to end the service and have them pick up their equipment and empty bottles. There are no local numbers to assist with anything! Everyone that I talked to was in the Philippines! The average time spent on at least 6 calls was about 30 minutes - only to have the line hang up on me! And get this… After every call, they had the nerve to ask for a survey!!! It has taken me over a month to try and get this resolved AFTER Primo water sent my account to collections… BECAUSE THEY HADN’T PICKED UP THEIR PROPERTY! Absolutely ridiculous the way this has been handled! And if they don’t pick it up this Monday 12/8/2025 like I was finally told today, I’m headed to my local news station consumer advocate as I’ve already put them on notice

  I have the water delivery scheduled every month. This month they did not deliver the water on time, so I called them to redeliver the water on the next day. When I got the bill, I found them charged me twice. The manager insisted that the water was delivered twice, which is not the truth. I have the security camera to record everything around the house and can prove they are lying. Don't trust this company. I am going to cancel the service after solving this problem. Update: I emailed them after i saw their reply. It has been a week, I still haven’t gotten any response. They just pretend they care their customers, but actually they don’t. I have called them twice, emailed them twice. They are wasting my time. I decided to report them to the related organizations for the better solution. PLEASE STOP LYING! EARN YOUR MONEY HONESTLY!

  Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Also most unorganized and "do whatever they feel like doing at the time" approach to business. Not only do they charge you when they don't even delivery. ---so make sure you check your bank statements on a regular! They make up their own schedule, they will not switch the delivery frequency if you want it more often..even though I used to have it every two weeks, they decided every 4 weeks and a different amount of bottles was better. Then, the delivery men have issues with each other so they decided to change the delivery date. When calling, that's a nightmare...to get ahold of someone, I'm on hold for at LEAST 30 minutes before talking to someone and they say they will "put a request in" for something you want changed and it never gets done. I can't believe I've even stuck with them for this long.

  EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH OUR SERVICE. Crystal Springs representative is always polite and courteous when he comes by. Always gives us exactly just what we need with no pressure for us to purchase extra bottles of water.
