- WPWilliam PriceSep 9, 20261.0Was sent there by FedEx ship site because they would not take package, they said it was too heavy, only to be told by FedEx ship center that it had a battery in it so was dangerous, so they wouldn't take it after driving 50 miles there, ridiculous almost every product sold today has a battery in it. The big problem is I was given the wrong information by FedEx and wasted 2 hours of my time and $30 worth of gas, I will stick to UPS from now on, FedEx used to be good.

I asked the employee if I could leave my package there for just a minute while I went to print the label, and the answer was simply no. Instead of trying to help or offering any solution, I was treated very poorly. The customer service was rude, unhelpful, and made the whole experience frustrating. I would not recommend this FedEx location to anyone who needs to ship a package. 0% recommended.
