  Tuesday,Wed this week and my mail is still in my mailbox today (Thursday)with the red flag up since Tuesday morning 6/30. What is going on!!!!

  Line was long, 6 people, Only one person working the front desk that was hearing impaired so each transaction took longer. They could have had two out to help but it’s government work so nobody has a sense of urgency or customer service like the private sector.I left without shipping my package. It was not urgent so I will ship another time/location.

  Terrible experience. Address has been fine since moving here at the end of 2024 and 2025 was smooth but ever since some employee broke some master key to the boxes in my neighborhood, I have been unable to receive important mail ever since. I still get junk mail but credit cards? Whoops that is missing. Debit cards? Surprisingly thats gone and someone tried to use it. Anything from a bank? Returned to sender. Went in person to resolve the issue, watched some grumpy man, curse out one lady in front of me and then tell me my business can be handled elsewhere and someone else would take care of me while he was the only one there. Explained to him I really need to find a resolution to the issue, I was even willing to purchase an official PO box but I was told I was not as important as I think I am. Which was not even my issue, I just needed to pay my bills? Even months later, I still can't get a resolution. Can't call anyone because no one picks up, can't email, going in person doesn't help and just wastes your time. The only option is to move far enough out of the area it seems or have my mail sent to a relatives address. If you have different options, do not go here. Bad customer service, long or no response times, disrespectful, unhelpful, abrasive attitudes.

  A the counter guy started making a label with out my input and then chewed me when I told him to add something he had missed. On top of that my package is now missing and they won’t even let me submit a missing package request until it has been missing a week at which point the label expires never ever using them again if negative stars were possible they would get it.

  Absolutely the worst post office in Florida. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to a different post office location, just to avoid this location. Long lines, 45 minute wait just to drop off a simple package and get a receipt/proof of shipment. Short staffed and the main worker that’s there every time I am is 700 pounds and has horrible hygiene. Feel like I need to disinfect myself every time I go here. I’ve told myself many times that I won’t be back but do because of location convenience. But after today. NEVER AGAIN. Save yourself the trip and frustration. On the way to Mayport post office.
