Whoever oversees the Beach Blvd location needs to please go there and train the employees on professionalism, multi tasking and organizational skills. It's really unbelievable!
- STSamson TuliaoApr 2, 20261.0Absolutely the worst post office I’ve ever been to and dealt with. The master key broke so they haven’t delivered my mail. They opened 10 minutes late, they aren’t friendly at all. Aggressive towards all the patrons. Need to learn how to talk to people. Discarding, condescending, discounting, seems to be bothered and not about customers. Woah, just experienced him just say he trying to take care of the lobby, he just got in, “they should have been telling you that for years.” Never have I had an issue going to my former post office or other post offices.

After waiting 30 minutes in line a customer couldn't get a money order. She yelled at two other customers for walking up to the counter without her asking can I help you. When I got there, she had no clue how to help me.. I am not sure who is in charge of this post office but they need to find a new career.
