- SLSavannah LeagueJun 26, 20261.0I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt this experience was worth sharing. My company does a significant amount of business with FedEx, so I visit FedEx locations regularly and have generally had positive experiences at this location. Unfortunately, this visit was very different. The store manager, Steve, was rude and dismissive throughout our interaction. His tone was unwelcoming, and instead of trying to help, I felt like I was inconveniencing him by asking questions. I was also charged to scan a survey document, which I've never had to pay for at other FedEx locations. While I understand that policies may vary, it would have been appreciated if this had been explained politely instead of making the interaction feel uncomfortable. Customer service goes a long way, especially for businesses that rely on repeat customers. I hope management addresses the level of professionalism at this location, because this was by far the least welcoming experience I've had at a FedEx store.

After being turned away by 4 other business, we happened upon the Fedex to have a funeral program printed. Understandably, this is not a pleasant experience. However, Ahjanae really went above and beyond. She worked with us and even got assistance from another Fedex location (San Jose). Once we reached the San Jose location, she even called to make sure our order went through correctly!! Excellent service!!! Ahjanae deserves a raise! :-)
