  Taylor helped me and my sister with our labels and packages, after we had been to another shipping store that couldn’t help us. We really appreciated her help.

  Bad service ! Lila did not know how to do her job at all! They had no UPS envelopes to ship with and I was told I need to produce a photo ID before I could use their services. I left and called to speak to the owner and Lila hung up on me. Unbelievable!

  This was my first time mailing something internationally. It was a simple letter and all i needed was a global forever stamp and to mail it. The woman who helped me caused this simple 3 minute exchange to become a half hour ordeal. One, she didnt know what she was doing. Two, the letter should've have been only 3 dollars to send but she tried to charge me 80 dollars for pritority shipping. Im like, its not pritority, and shes like: thats the only option. Three, i just tried to buy a stamp and i was gonna go somewhere else but instead of the international stamp she sold me a book of domestic stamps. Four, had to get that refunded. Five, had to wait several minutes after they told me to wait a minute to get refunded, i did, then they asked me if i still needed to get it refunded as i was waiting in the corner for them- as though i was keeping them up. Six, the pinpad was confusing to use as both the green and red buttons seemily cause cards to be canceled. And lastly if anyone reading this: despite both times pressing cancel on donations on both transactions and then redoing them both (as again the buttons on the pinpad was confusing and cause the first transactions to be canceled) IT STILL DONATED THE MONEY TO THE CHARITY SO THEY WILL CHARGE U ON DONATING YOUR CHANGE this store really soured my experience on UPS. If you are someone who needs help, want to send a letter internationally, or do not want to donate money against your will DO NOT GO THIS STORE Honestly all i hope is that they actually send my letter if not im getting a refund on everything including the donations they stole from me

  Incredible customer service! One agent, I believe her name is Kayla, went above and beyond with her help. Long story, but short version is it was a Sunday and she was very nice to us. We will be using this store exclusively in the future.

  I'm lousy with the whole tech thing but every time I've had to go to the shop these people provide the best customer service I've ever dealt with. And I've lived all over the country. What a blessing to have them!
