- LSLiddy De Los Santos2 days ago2.0I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. My package arrived at the Hudson Post Office, but due to an error, it was sent to Tampa 33611 instead of being delivered to my address. Since then, the package has completely disappeared, and no one has been able to tell me where it is or what happened. I have contacted USPS multiple times, opened a case, spoken with supervisors, and even visited different post offices in person. Unfortunately, no one has provided a clear explanation or a solution. It is very frustrating to see such a lack of accountability for a customer's package. I expected much better service from USPS. I hope this review encourages improvements in package handling and communication so other customers do not have to go through the same experience.

Had to buy tape for 3.99 I could always use the tape when needed. I asked to use a marker of some kind , was given a look by the guy, he asked me to pay for the tape 1st and now. He left.... lady came up front and was super nice, She help me with the questions I had..
