I would give zero stars if I could. I was using the self service kiosk doing what was instructed on the screen and a woman walked over reaching her hand out to grab the item out of my hands and she did several times I said to her can u not try snatching stuff out of my hands and she said I wasn't snatching I was trying to grab and help you... Which honestly everything she said just sounded like an excuse for her behavior cause not once did she ever ask if I would like help or anything... her being a grown woman she should know that is inappropriate and she said Oh I'm glad to see your in customer service. You can review your cameras you can see me pull away from a few times and not once did she ask if I would like help nothing. Just walked up to me and tried grabbing my item. She had also said the sticker needed to be put on a certain way which again if I needed help I would have asked. There was zero reason for her to approach me and zero reason for her nonchalant attitude especially as a grown female. I will NEVER return to this location I would rather drive further to be greeted and treated properly. I can deal with non bubbly people but not coming up to me at a SELF SERVICE kiosk and have something tried to be grabbed out of my hands instead of asking if I needed help or saying would you mind if I helped you. With her comment glad to see your in customer service. This was a older blonde woman with glasses.
