- FSFrankie SJul 21, 20261.0I went in with packages since I am a seller. I had 47 packages the prior day. I had 50 a young man helped me the first day. He was very professional kind nice and courteous and told me if I came back the next day with so many to just use their cart I came in today Tuesday with the 47 packages and there were two ladies attending the one that started scanning my packages started complaining then when the other lady showed up, she would give her face expressions. She asked her how many packages are there and she said 60 just about when actually there was 47. All she did was complain and said that I couldn’t do this anymore that I had to do something called a shipment online that I was only allowed five packages when the previous day no one said anything nor did they complain now I don’t even know what to do so the other lady asked so there’s 60 she said yeah just about and she said well I wouldn’t have done it. It really upset me because this is their job. That is what they’re paid to do. They are to service customers not complain. They are to accept the mail that is coming in. They made a big issue about it in front of other customers and made me feel ashamed and embarrassed. This was not a pleasant situation. I am very upset.

- LLLinda LuczakApr 24, 20261.0Worst post office ever! Box fee was due 3 31 26 used their evenlope which they put in my box for payment, I put a ck in it on 3 19 26 and put it back in their Dropbox. On 4 20 stopped and picked mail up was told it was closed for non payment and gave me their evenlope back. Got home and found ck was still in evenlope. Tried calling several times they never pick up. Finally got someone 4 22 26 was told to come back in . We'll today 4 24 was told by very nasty girl she was the one who did it and now had to pay extra 25 dollars. Why would I have to pay extra for their stupidity. I Finally gave up the female didn't care I guess she needed extra money. God help us with people like that !!!!!!
