He went above & beyond by taking his time to guide me through the process of getting my shipping label printed out so I could have my package(s) shipped to the right place. (Another thing I thought was very helpful was that Carl had placed an 'explosive label' on the box just in case because there was a battery device in the packaging that was being shipped. He wanted to make sure that my package was going to be safe and secure during its route.) I recommend this location for its customer service, cleanliness, store appearance and kind staff!
