This location tends to misplace mail in PO boxes that have same apartment numbers but are different buildings. More than ones I got a notification sent to my email that my package was delivered to my mail box and it’s not there when I go pick it up. But yet they scan and mark it as delivered.

The service is horrible. Carriers deliver certified mail without acquiring a signature. No one ever answers the phone. Mail is often misdelivered and I have some neighbors who stick my mail in my door while some mail I never get at all. My neighbors have the same complaints in our community chat. Some complain about how the carrier leaves the back door of the LLV open as well as the windows down whike delivering the mail. When they are on the back side putting up the mail, someone could steal mail without the carrier noticing-- which is how her purse got stolen about 2 months ago, although the police caught the guy when he used one of her bank cards the next day. Today I had an Amazon package delivered via USPS and for the 4th time since I've lived here, they crammed the package in the parcel locker so that I can't unlock the parcel locker because the box is pressing against the lock. It has perishable items that I will have to return if zi don't get them, because they will essentially get cooked in this 97° heat today. I live across the street from the cluster boxes, so it wouldn't be too difficult for the carrier to just deliver the package to my porch. She has to drive past my house or she could just walk across the street, but I guess that would be asking too much.

There is a line out the door every time I have gone here. New people from all over Central, South America, and the Caribbean have moved near this Post Office, and they do not speak English and do not know how things work. The postal workers here are so patient, but people come up to the desk, and don't speak English, the clerk does not know what they are saying, the people with packages do not understand what the English-speaking clerk is saying. These new arrivals often do not know how to package things properly, or address envelops properly. They get frustrated the, the clerk is trying to explain, the non -English speaking end up having to try to use the other people in line to translate and explain their situation. It is chaos every day. All the people who show up at this post office and who do not speak English create Hugh lines, take forever to figure things out, and cause everyone else in line a Hugh delay. I would never go to a Post Office in Mexico and get mad at the Postal Clerk for not speaking English, but vice versa, many feel that it's acceptable to do it here in the USA. They need a large sign that says, "ENGLISH ONLY!" This Post office like almost every Post Office I have ever been in is dirty. The floor, windows, tables, walls, doors, the parking lot, everything! Why is there tape and remnants of tape on everything? This place needs more clerks, and regular cleaning and tape removal.
