- JBjunny babyyJun 9, 20261.0Tbh the fact that they close down an hour before closing is crazy. And they don’t allow you to drop off mail you have to stay in line. The drop off areas on the front are closed. At least have them open if you aren’t going stay open the whole time.

Tuve extraviado un sobre priority mail por 6 días y cuando fui a solicitar información simplemente me dijeron que tenía que esperar, pagas un servicio para entregar en máximo 3 días y no funciona. No sabían el estatus. Tuve que esperar hasta el Día 7 para hacer un reporte de correspondencia perdida vía online. Y resulta que en la investigación mi sobre se quedó atorado en USPS Opa locka, jamás salió de Florida. Tuve que enviar fotos de todo el envío y lo que iba dentro del sobre. Debido a esta mala experiencia. Ahora me aseguro de pagar el servicio para que el receptor firme la recepción de la correspondencia. Deben mejorar la atención al cliente
