I'm not sure if its black mold or black dust but the ceiling vents are covered with a black substance that's could easily be cleaned or replaced. The women working the counter must only like Spanish speaking/looking people, she treated me so bad and tried to press the green happy face to indicate I was satisfied with my service. Luckily she missed and I was able to press the red unsatisfied face. Unknown to hear I am Hispanic and speak Spanish. The doors are covered with finger prints and other dirt. The floors haven't been cleaned properly, nothing properly stocked. I will continue to go to the post office in Flordia city off W.Palm, it is clean and great customer service. This place needs to be renovated and restaffed
