  The employees were soso nice and patient I came to print some stuff and they waited patiently for me to pull it up and for the money then went and brought it super fast. Speaking of money, the prices were super good for nowadays (3.66 for two colored pages), the atmosphere was great and the employees were even laughing with eachother and talking but not to the point of not paying attention to work. I’m definitely changing my go to spot for printing to upsssss

  I brought in one item to ship and was charged $5.19 for the box PLUS $12.01 for packing — $7.01 for “packing materials” and another $5.00 for “packing service.” And what did the $12.01 packing service actually involve? Putting my item into the box and taping the box shut. That’s it. So before even paying for the actual shipping, I had already spent $17.20 just for a box and someone to put the item inside and tape it closed. I have used other UPS Store locations and have NEVER experienced a packing charge like this for such a basic service. If there had been extensive wrapping, special protection, custom packing, or anything that actually justified the charge, I could understand it. But charging these fees for simply placing an item in a box and taping it is, in my opinion, completely unreasonable. To make the experience worse, some of the employees were also rude and had a very poor attitude. High prices are one thing, but high prices combined with poor customer service make the experience even more disappointing. If you plan to ship something from this location, I strongly recommend asking for a full breakdown of all packing fees BEFORE they touch your package. Otherwise, you may be surprised by what they consider a “packing service.” I certainly won’t be returning to this location.

  Place sucks. Always busy and when you have a long like of customers you shouldn't have 2 employees in the back doing busy work and not helping.
