- YPYy Perez1 day ago3.0This is usually a great and convenient location, and the staff is normally friendly. Unfortunately, today I had a disappointing experience. When customers are allowed to cut in front of others who have been waiting in line, it creates frustration and confusion. I understand that employees may not want to get involved in disagreements, but dismissing a customer's concern by saying, "It's really not a big deal," is not the right approach. Better line management and additional customer service training would help create a more respectful and organized experience for everyone. Thank you.

Once we got there, they printed the label and then proceeded to charge us $3.21 for the printing. As if that wasn't bad enough, they printed a receipt for us with the weight as 0.00 lbs. Not sure how they stay open when most reviews are this bad or worse. Shame on you UPS!

Beware because I called earlier in the day and no one mentioned it. Might want to stop by office Depot to get it printed for cents instead of getting stolen from at UPS.
