The person who answered the phone was extremely rude, nasty, and unprofessional. This is exactly why places like Amazon are taking over — people are tired of dealing with terrible customer service and constant mistakes with their mail being delivered to the wrong mailbox. And when you try to call and report the issue, the person answering the phone acts just as disrespectful instead of helping solve the problem. Customers deserve better communication, better service, and people who actually care about doing their job professionally. Hollywood Post Office is the most disgusting post office that I ever had to deal with
