- EEEnriqueMay 8, 20261.0The most disgusting experience I’ve ever had with a post office. They seriously need to hire people who know how to speak to customers with patience and respect. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude, nasty, and unprofessional. This is exactly why places like Amazon are taking over — people are tired of dealing with terrible customer service and constant mistakes with their mail being delivered to the wrong mailbox. And when you try to call and report the issue, the person answering the phone acts just as disrespectful instead of helping solve the problem. Customers deserve better communication, better service, and people who actually care about doing their job professionally. Hollywood Post Office is the most disgusting post office that I ever had to deal with

Was told I had go to Office Max to purchase certain stickers to place on my package. Went to the Hallandale PO and got to ship my package with no problem and no addl purchase of stickers. Avoid the lazy, misinforming Hollywood location at all costs. Parking sucks too!
