Rosa was assisting me and being super rude. I came 10 minutes before closing and by the time she saw me she gave me issues that I had to many packages and they are closed even though I was last in line. Don’t use Rosa. Jenu the guy that works there is super kind

First, a check a customer mailed me never arrived, $14k vanished in transit and never reached its destination. We had to place a stop payment on it.
Then things got worse. I ordered a replacement debit card. It never arrived at my house. I ordered a second one. It also never arrived. My mailbox is affixed to my front door, directly in view of a security camera, so I have footage confirming nothing was delivered and nothing was taken from my property. The cards simply never made it to me.
Two days after I ordered one of those debit cards, someone was out using it, within less than a mile of my home, and spent thousands of dollars before I could catch it. I have video footage of the person using the card. This was not a lost card, and it was not stolen off my property.
My mail is being intercepted somewhere between being processed and reaching my mailbox, and given how close to my house it was used, that is not a coincidence.
I've filed a formal complaint with USPIS (United States Postal Inspection Service) because this points to a problem with how mail is being handled and sorted before it ever reaches my street.
I run a business, I depend on the mail for checks and financial documents, and it is unacceptable that I now have to treat every piece of mail I send or receive as a security risk. This has happened multiple times, it is not user error, and it needs to be investigated.
I'd urge anyone in this area to avoid sending checks or new cards through standard mail, use tracking and alerts on everything, and report any suspicious activity immediately.

Very poor customer service. I witnessed an elderly woman asking for help with a letter, and although I understand employees must follow the rules, the way she was treated was unnecessarily rude. A little kindness and patience can make a big difference, especially with seniors. We will all reach that age one day.
Also, after my transaction, the employee selected the happy face on the customer satisfaction screen before I had the chance to rate my own experience. The customer—not the employee—should be the one providing that feedback. Overall, not a good experience.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience because this has been extremely frustrating.
An important tracked USPS envelope was marked “Delivered, In/At Mailbox,” but it was never in my mailbox. This is not the first time mail has gone missing at my address, and I already have another Missing Mail request that has remained unresolved for approximately three months.
After I reported the missing envelope in person, I provided my complete address, including my apartment number, as part of my complaint. I was told that a supervisor would speak with the carrier and call me back. Have not received any response.
Then I proceeded with contacting Postal Inspector and filed a case. Only then the supervisor left one voicemail asking for my apartment number, but despite me returning the call multiple times over the next two days, no one answered or followed up.
Unable to get any assistance, I eventually waited outside for the mail carrier to arrive so I could ask about the missing envelope. He told me that he had delivered it but could not explain what happened afterward and refused to check other mail boxes in case my mail was misdelivered. When I asked additional questions, the conversation became confrontational. The carrier raised his voice, became visibly upset, and forcefully slammed the mailbox doors before leaving, without providing any information that helped locate my missing mail.
At this point, I have:
* Opened a case with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service.
* Requested that my building preserve security camera footage.
* Contacted neighbors in case the envelope was accidentally delivered to another mailbox.
* Continued trying to work through the appropriate USPS channels.
I understand that mistakes can happen, and I am not claiming to know exactly what happened to my envelope. My disappointment is with the lack of communication, the failure to follow up as promised, and the absence of meaningful assistance in resolving the issue.
I sincerely hope USPS management reviews this matter, improves communication with customers, and takes repeated reports of missing mail seriously.

I have NEVER in all of my years going to ANY post office in the U.S. experience anyone as PLEASANT and HELPFUL as Garey at this location. He's patient, gives guidance, assists in ways he doesn't have to and he's always smiling with those pearly white teeth. He's an asset and stand out amongst the other unpleasant people in this industry. EVERY SINGLE TIME I've encountered him, it's literally the same experience. Thank you Garey for being a gem in your tough line of customer service work. Don't change!
