    There is a miserable unhappy woman named Joy who works there. she goes out of her way to treat customers terribly, and doesn’t care. It’s too bad someone that awful to people works in customer service.

    If you go at the right times the waiting was not too bad, the lines move pretty quick. However I felt the urge to leave a comment because a worker named Joy (an older african american women) is not a joy to deal with. I understand you may not like your job as usps worker but that doesn’t mean she has to throw her frustration and sarcastic remarks to customers trying to be in and out. I was having a great day and went in with a good attitude just to deal with Joy for a few conversations and be totally upset at this location that I didn’t want to go back. However it wasn’t all bad Jose really came through and helped me with his bright personality and easy to talk to spirit. USPS has a new policy that you have to mark return packages in boxes, completely blacked out. I didn’t have a sharpe and she told me with an attitude to go across the street to dollar tree. I was thinking that I know this office carries sharpies but she didn’t even try to help me so I wouldn’t have to leave to line back up to return one package. However Jose (the older spanish guy) let me borrow his sharpie so I wouldn’t have to drive around to find one just to return one package. Mind you I had no attitude this whole time and it goes to show that even when someone has a really bad attitude you don’t have to stoop to their level and God will bless you for it 😌. So again thanks to Jose that works at this office and I pray that Joy doesn’t necessarily lose her job but her manager see this and talks to her about working on having a better attitude with customers. You are never to old to change.

    Terrible experience with two extremely rude employees, one named Shay and an older woman whose name tag was covered up. Lazy and rude. There is no oversight there. These women were having a casual conversation which was not at all work related. Shay was as standing around not doing anything. So, I waited to be called , no one in line snd instead of the older woman saying “can I help the next person” the woman motioned to me with her hand which is extremely rude, unacceptable, unprofessional and disrespectful. When I started walking away, Shay said “she must be having a bad day” and the other said to her “always” and then they both laughed. They have poor work ethic and bad attitudes. How do these employees get away with being so disrespectful to the public?! The only employee there with respect and professionalism is Jose. The majority have NO work ethic whatsoever. USPS needs to desperately get their act together and clean house and only retain the employees which care about the public. Why haven’t they followed up after repeated negative reviews is beyond me. It’s very sad. USPS, you need to monitor these offices because apparently whatever supervisors you have in place are not doing their job.
