She said they were not accepting packages even though I had scanned 15 to drop off. The lady at the counter yelled at me and was extremely rude. Zero customer service. She should not be working at the counter.

Rude and horrible service, the woman in there with braids and glasses didn’t even bother to answer when customers would say hello or how are you, and on top of that would give short sleek answers like she was bother with people just breathing in there. I never in my life was told to purchase tape to send a box especially when the return for an order is paid with it. She had every one in that line purchase a small tape they had there for $4 despite having tape available, didn’t even offer scissors to help cut it. I don’t know what her problem was with the world but she sucks
- JJJeffApr 1, 20261.0"Deon" counter worker who was happy to give her name with a crazy look in her eyes decided to close early again and locked the doors at 5:46pm, closing is at 6pm. When confronted "Deon" got very rude and extremely aggressive. This lady is a danger to the safety of herself & others. She definitely should not be the face of USPS or working with the public. Will file a formal complaint on her. The lady has an attitude like there are no consequences to her actions.
