Nasty rude women works here . yaks to much about personal stuff to customers. just me in line 10 minutes to get one stamp. She gave me the evil eye when i said something . She then grumbled and said, I'm not done yet ! Yeah she was done with business, but not with her talking to the other customer.

Again like everyone else has said, 1 star is too good for this location. I drop off multiple packages a day for my business and I had an issue creating a scan form and needed to get back in the super full line 3 times to scan all 15 packages since she only does 5 at a time. Either way the 4 old ladies who work the front always have horrible attitude with everyone and feel entitled and have no idea why. I’ve gone to multiple locations and I always dread going to this one but unfortunately it is my closest location.

Be aware that they hire the worst. I was there today at 8:30am and the lady there was nasty from the beginning. You can tell she hates her job and treat people like garbage. She refused to give me her name but she was the only one there so if management reads this they will know who Im talking about.

This post office has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I had a package scheduled for delivery to my home on 01/10/2026. The package did NOT require a signature, yet it was never delivered. Instead, they falsely claimed they could not deliver because the mailbox was empty—which makes no sense since the package was not meant to go in the mailbox in the first place.
I then requested a redelivery for 01/14/2026, with clear instructions to leave the package at the front door. Once again, they failed to deliver and suddenly claimed the package was “oversized.” This excuse is ridiculous—the package weighed under 5 pounds and measured approximately 12x5 inches.
After multiple failed attempts, I contacted HR, who escalated the issue to the local post office. A few hours later, I finally received a call from the post office apologizing and promising that the package would be delivered the next day. That delivery never happened.
When I called again on 01/27/2026, I was told the package had been returned to the sender instead—without any notice, without another delivery attempt, and despite repeated assurances that it would be delivered.
This is not a one-time mistake; this is repeated incompetence, lack of accountability, and misleading information. Customers should not have to chase down their own mail, escalate to HR, and still lose their packages. Extremely disappointed and would give zero stars if possible.
