- HSHuman SoularAug 21, 20261.0Had multiple packages dropped off and never delivered and it only happened at this location. I’ve lose over $100 in missing deliveries. The Claim center will not help you get your package or money back. Somebody else mentioned it on the reviews and we are here to say it is 100% true they are taking peoples packages in this location and nobody will investigate it. Do not just drop the package off there make sure you get a receipt.

I went this morning for an express mail that l sent on August 6 2026 that never reached destination. I called customer service and they told me to go to the post office to get an reimbursement. The other cashier gave me the form to fill and l get my refund. Nicole has the nerve to tell me it s the same thing when the flight is delayed, in a very aggressive tone. That's not the way to talk to customer

I went in to return a package, and the staff's attitude was completely unprofessional and unhelpful. When I arrived, one of the customer service employees immediately started yelling at me, aggressively telling me to grab an envelope to put the package inside and showing me how to do it in a rude manner. On top of that, they treated me extremely disrespectfully by demanding that I pay for supplies, even though I didn't even want to send the package anymore and hadn't used them. I have never been treated so poorly at a post office. The lack of basic courtesy, manners, and willingness to help was completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this location at all; they clearly have no interest in helping customers or providing decent service.
