Now, when you walk in, you have to listen to this awful rap music. Very explicit and not positive at all .Which does not make it a pleasant visit . Not very professional.
- MGMartin GApr 11, 20262.0Yesterday, I went to pick up some packages I had purchased on Amazon—there were several separate orders. They were all addressed to me. They handed me only two of them, and I got the feeling that some items were missing. Just to be sure, I opened everything right there in my car, and sure enough, two of the orders were missing. I went back inside the store and told them what was missing, but the young woman insisted that those two packages were the only ones listed under my name. I urged her to check again; they took a cursory look around and told me once more that there was nothing else there. I showed them the tracking information, and at that point, they asked me to bring back the bags I had taken out to the car so they could see exactly what I had received. When I returned, the young woman said, "Here is the other package." In other words, if I hadn't been so persistent—insisting three times—I would have left without my purchases. I understand that anyone can make a mistake, but what really bothered me was that the young woman didn't even offer me an apology.
