  Worst service by any shipping company by far. They don’t do this they don’t do that, printers turn off, we can’t do that today, system is down. Bunch of excuses and complaints every single time. Whoever is running a store is a terrible business owner.

  The young girls working at this store are careless. I don't know what they do all day. I wish I never went to this UPS store. I went to get something notarized and there was no notary public. Normally, all UPS stores have notaries. I will never go to this UPS store again. It was a waste of my time.

  Good place, good service. Only thing is their color printer is still not working as of June 13, 2026 and may not be fixed for a while. Call before making the trip if you just need color printing.

  I don’t normally leave reviews, but this service was beyond bad. I walked in to get a resume printed. I got charged 4.82 for 3 pieces of paper on the receipt , It said I was charged for standard materials, Whatever that is ..when I got the résumé the ink was poorly printed out. I asked them to re-print it the person that printed it out for me said yes, I realize the ink was bad but I didn’t say anything so then she asked someone in the back named Brian to help her reprint it and he was making unnecessary jokes the 2nd time it came out it had lines through it if this is a resume your printing you don’t think it should look professional this is a business and you’d expect dealing with people personal documents they’ll take things a lil more serious but nope never returning office max charges .71 cent to do it yourself and avoid bad customer service like that ..
