  The UPS store on Sheridan Street is by far in doubt the worst Customer Service of any shipping courier store I have ever been in. This is my last time ever coming to the store even though it is my neighborhood UPS store I would rather drive further to another destination, then visit this location. Gentleman that runs the store that employed those two young girls, the one with the blonde hair and the one with the dark black hair needs to do a better job at hiring people whose job is to provide customer service to customers. Last time I went in there, the girl with the black hair, gave me a huge attitude and asked me to leave because I was dropping off too many boxes that we’re all labeled and needed to be shipped to Amazon. She instructed me that if I wanted that many boxes shipped, I needed to schedule a pick up even though I never asked her to touch a single box. I wheeled them in on a dolly myself. Today I went there with one single box, but the customer changed the address on me last minute, so I changed it online, but it doesn’t allow me to print a new label when I asked her. She just simply looked at me like she had no clue. She told me she did not know. She said if I needed to ship this box. I just simply needed to print a new label. I explained to her I didn’t know how to do that. That’s why I’m asking you. She proceeded to dismiss me so I took my box and left and went to another UPS store where they understand how to provide customer service. If you don’t wanna deal with customers and you hate your job, then quit your job because the cost of shipping a box these days is so astronomical that the last thing I want to add to the fee is your attitude.

  They helped me out so much and we're very patient while I was bubble wrapping an electric scooter inside the store and I had to make a couple trips to home depot but they were very generous with their tape and customer service, I did my part and they did their part. The right guidance with common sense.

  The best UPS store! Everyone is super helpful and accomodating. Locally owned by brothers who grew up in Hollywood and care about their community. You can ship, do Amazon returns, print and so much more.
