  Between 7:55pm and the girl who was attending told me that she could no longer attend me because she already closed when the closing time was 7pm she yelled at me and told me that she would not attend me anymore and kicked me out of the fuel store today 08/18/2026

  Vi (Clerk 39429) was extremely helpful and capable in taking care of me when I brought in more than 10 boxes, a backpack and a suitcase to be shipped. Everything was going to four different addresses and she showed absolute professionalism and willingness to make my trips as easy as possible. It felt like a team effort with Vi being patient in entering details for every box and me bringing in box after box. She was personable and knowledgeable, and she and her coworker explained the process to me in a way I could understand as well as listened to my thoughts. Even if it doesn’t happen, she deserves recognition from a manager/supervisor for her hard work and providing exemplary service.

  I visit this UPS Store almost every day to drop off Amazon shipments for our business, and after experiencing the same issue over and over again, I finally decided to write this review. One of the employees, who identified himself as "Trey" (working around 1:30 PM today), has been consistently rude and dismissive. Every single time I walk in, I greet him with a simple "Hello," and when I leave I say "Thank you" or "Have a nice day." He never responds. Instead, he simply looks at me or gives a slight nod without saying a word. I'm not expecting exceptional customer service. I'm simply expecting the most basic level of courtesy. Saying "hello," "thank you," or "goodbye" is the bare minimum when interacting with customers. This has happened repeatedly, not just once, and it's disappointing to feel ignored every time I visit. When my husband later asked how to file a complaint, he was only given the store's own email address, which didn't leave us feeling confident that the issue would actually be addressed. As a customer who visits this location regularly, I find this level of professionalism unacceptable. Basic manners are an essential part of customer service, and customers deserve to be acknowledged with respect. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides the coaching necessary to ensure that every customer is treated with the courtesy they deserve.

  I've been using this UPS Store regularly to drop off Amazon shipments for my business. Unfortunately, the customer service from one of the employees has been consistently unacceptable. The employee, who identified himself as "Trey" (working around 1:30 PM today), repeatedly refuses to greet customers. Every time my wife or I say "Hello," he simply looks at us or makes a small gesture with his head without saying a single word. No "hello," no "thank you," no "have a nice day." This has happened over and over again, not just once. We're not asking for exceptional service. We're simply expecting the most basic level of courtesy that any customer deserves. Greeting customers and acknowledging them respectfully is a fundamental part of customer service. What made the experience even more frustrating was that when I asked how to file a complaint, I was only given the store's own email address, which doesn't inspire much confidence that the issue will be addressed. It's disappointing that a business representing UPS would tolerate this level of unprofessional behavior. If an employee doesn't enjoy interacting with customers, that shouldn't become the customer's problem. Basic manners cost nothing, and customers deserve to be treated with simple respect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service training, because this experience has been consistently disappointing.
