  Hours of operation in store window says 8:30 a.m. opening time. Got there early and by 8:50 a.m. still nobody arrived with a line of people and others complaining this is normal for this store and others questioning whether the store is even still open for business. Called and no answer.

  Rating this place a 1 because the door says open on Sunday and they are not !. I called twice Friday to make sure that they open the young man who picked up the phone said yes they will be open from 11am-4pm I went to the store and it was closed . I burned gas for no reason. Just poor communication skills !

  I think this place is quite amazing, clean and well managed. I just wanted to leave a review to say that the employees at this UPS Store are always kind, helpful, and doing their best. I think it's important for people to understand that once a package leaves the store, it's no longer in their control. Delays and missing packages usually happen at the larger UPS facilities during transit, not at the local store. The staff here have always been patient, professional, and willing to help track packages or answer questions, even when the issue isn’t something they caused. They really do care about customers and try to help however they can. It’s easy to get frustrated when shipping issues happen, but the workers at this location deserve credit for their great customer service and support. I appreciate their hard work and understanding, and I’ll definitely continue using this location.

  The service at this location is deficient. I tracked a lost package and called for two weeks, receiving a different answer each day, none of which offered a solution. Steve, the manager, is incapable of taking responsibility for his store. Also, Manager Steve is not fulfilling his responsibilities. Not only did they give my package to someone else, but they also claim to have lost the one I mistakenly received after returning it, and as if by magic, they have no way of tracking it—even though they specialize in trackable shipping.

  Very bad experience at this UPS office in Young Circle, Hollywood. The manager, Steve, offers unprofessional service. They lose packages, make delivery mistakes, and then refuse to take responsibility. They promise to investigate but never do. Furthermore, when I inquired about a returned package, they said they sent it to the store but had no tracking information available. They offer no solutions and provide contradictory information. Avoid this location for your shipments.
