  Every time I come here to drop off my UPS packages, I’m greeted with a smile and genuine kindness. The employee is always welcoming, professional, and ready to help as soon as I walk in, so I never feel like I’m waiting around. It’s rare to find someone who consistently provides such friendly and respectful customer service. He makes every visit quick, easy, and pleasant. Thank you for always treating your customers so well. Five stars are truly well deserved!

  José assisted me and was polite, but he is simply an employee under his supervisor and manager, who is a disaster. The supervisor himself unilaterally decided not to release my package. The OFFICIAL UPS website has a system to authorize third parties to pick up a package; however, they claim they do not accept it because THEY ARE NOT UPS. It feels like a joke: THEY ARE UPS, BUT THEY SAY THEY ARE NOT UPS, IS THIS A JOKE?. Avoid using this branch.
