  The guy that was working on the morning of 6/23 was such a delight. He was so polite and welcoming. And eventhough his line grew and he was there alone, I watched him give everyone exceptional service without making anyone feel rushed. He should definitely be recognized for his delightful service when most have forgotten this in todays world. Thank you sir for making my return easy breezy.

  I always have an excellent experience at The UPS Store 6918. Verina and Leann are truly amazing—professional, patient, and incredibly helpful with every step of the process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, taking the time to make sure all my needs were met without rushing or overlooking any detail. Robert is also wonderful—friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist customers. The level of customer service at this location is consistently outstanding, and it’s clear the team genuinely cares about the people they help. I go there at least once a week to return Amazon packages, and every visit is always quick and easy thanks to this incredible team. This store sets the standard for what great service should be. Highly recommend!
