The staff is quick and friendly, and has gone above and beyond to help me package my boxes correctly multiple times. I travel a lot on the road, and one of the staff members offered to forward my mail to me once a month to wherever I was because I was constantly changing locations. I know that wasn't in their job description, but they did that for me because they cared! I was surprised to see my neighborhood post office reviewed so poorly, and that's why I felt inspired to share my experience. I have lived in High Springs for four years, and I have never met such a warm and personal staff at any post office.
