- YNYesenia NegronAug 21, 20261.0HORRIBLE SERVICE. I waited in line for about 30 mins, and while the line was practically out the door, they only had two associates on duty. When I finally get to the counter, the clerk (#38) was very rude, spoke very sarcastically to me, and was singing the entire time I stood in front of her. Furthermore, she aggressively moved around the items I was there to ship, opened my box and demanded I buy a tape to close it. Very frustrating and disappointing. Costumer service is clearly not for everyone, save your time and choose another location.

I’ve seen Jackie there for many years—actually, since I was a child. I remember going to the Post Office with my mom when she needed to send packages, and Jackie was always there with a smile, a positive attitude, and a willingness to help everyone who came her way. It’s funny how life comes full circle. Now, as an adult, it was my turn to send something, and Jackie was the person who helped me. After all these years, she still has that same welcoming smile and wonderful attitude I remember from when I was younger. I had previously been told by another employee that I couldn’t send my items and unfortunately didn’t have the best experience. Jackie stepped in, handled the situation professionally, explained everything clearly, and helped me get everything taken care of without any issues. She truly made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Miss Jackie is an excellent example of what great customer service should look like. Her kindness, professionalism, patience, and positive energy have remained consistent for years. Thank you, Jackie, for doing such a phenomenal job. We need more people like you!
