  Worst ever, they are never open in the mornings and it's annoying because I seen about 100 customer come and go and they don't care here and I try to call and complain but can never get through and if you call their location they just hang up on you. How is this a federal building and the people who work here don't care and there is nowhere to complain.

  Website says open at 8:30 am but it is closed at 9:00 and from the outside seems like it is permanent, at least update update your website so we don't waste time going there with our parcels, some of us have to work.

  Disgusting service. If I could leave 0 stars I would. We pay all these tax dollars to be treated poorly. I came in to simply drop off a return and the employee working on Saturday morning told me I had to bring the bag taped up or else buy tape, when they can easily put one strand of tape which is all the bag required. These employees are trained to rob from customers and treat them like garbage. The facility is run down and their employees are rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. This place is better off closed.

  ⭐ 1 Star This USPS location is extremely unprofessional. The posted hours say they open at 8:30 AM, yet many times the doors don’t open until 9:00 AM or later. The posted closing time is 5:00 PM, but employees regularly lock the doors around 4:20 PM. What’s even more frustrating is that employees have closed the doors right in customers’ faces and told them they’re already closed, even though it’s still before the posted closing time. Customers shouldn’t have to guess when a government service is actually open. If the location can’t follow its own posted hours, then the hours should be changed. People take time out of their day to visit the post office and deserve better customer service and respect than this.

  Pésima experiencia. El personal mostró una falta total de profesionalismo. Algunas empleadas parecían estar viendo Netflix durante el horario de trabajo mientras los clientes esperaban ser atendidos. Además, el trato fue grosero, indiferente y poco respetuoso. También sentí que los clientes latinos eran tratados de manera diferente, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún más desagradable. Rara vez he recibido un servicio al cliente tan deficiente en una oficina de correos. Este lugar necesita una mejor supervisión y una mejora urgente en la calidad de la atención al público. No lo recomendaría basándome en mi experiencia.
