Worst customer service ever. A tall brown skinned lady was working the front. Got upset because I wouldn’t throw away the trash and threatened to not ship my package. Was completely rude. I don’t need to throw away any trash after being treated like trash to begin with. She was completely rude to every other customer in line and not helpful at all despite the language barrier. Worst experience ever. Post offices really need to hire people who can be nicer. Came out with my package unshipped.

Just want to leave a 5 star review for Daniel. He went the extra mile for the customer in front of me, but was courteous enough to get me started on my 9 envelopes that needed stamps while he continued to help the lady get her package sent the fastest, most economical way possible. He was able to help both of us out with professionalism and a smile. I was only there for about 10 minutes, but it was one of the most enjoyable experiences I've had at a Post Office. If I ever need anything mailed, I want a clerk like Daniel helping me out. Keep up the fine work, you're giving postal employees a good name.

I had a very frustrating experience at the USPS location on 3200 E 2nd Ave in Hialeah. After waiting in line, I was told that their system was down and they could not process my shipment. Instead of offering a solution or guidance, the employee simply told me to go to DHL. I understand that technical issues happen, but the lack of effort to assist customers or provide alternatives was disappointing. I came prepared to ship an international package to Spain, and it felt like my time was completely wasted. Customer service could definitely be improved at this location. A little more professionalism and willingness to help would make a big difference.

Extremely poor customer service at this post office. One of the employees regularly talks on her cell phone while serving customers, completely ignoring the people waiting for assistance. It is very unprofessional and disrespectful to the public. To make matters worse, her attitude toward customers is often rude and dismissive. Instead of providing help, she makes people feel like they are bothering her just for asking normal questions or requesting service. This problem has been happening for a long time, and unfortunately the manager appears to do nothing about it. When a workplace serves the public, employees should be held to a basic standard of professionalism and respect. Until management takes this issue seriously and addresses the employee’s behavior, customers will continue to receive unacceptable service. Very disappointing experience.
