Parece mentira que este ubicado en el centro de Hialeah donde más de la mitad de los residentes habla español y no haya nadie para responder una, una sola pregunta. Ni siquiera alguien que trabaja ahí y que es latino, al contrario se niega rotundamente a hablar español cuando se supone que para trabajar en ese lugar exigen ser bilingues, ahora yo me pregunto.. para que quieren que la persona que vaya a trabajar a ese lugar sea bilingue? Si se ve el maltrato al cliente todo el tiempo por parte de las mismas personas que se supone deban ayudarte. (Ah, y que no atender, rechazar o maltratar a una persona por cualquier motivo racial, étnico, incapacitado o por razones de idioma es discriminatorio, entonces? De que hablamos?). Donde esta el alcalde de Hialeah para ver si es posible que ponga orden en este asunto? Porque el maltrato al cliente, hasta cuando uno les habla en inglés es increíble, te responden sin mirarte como si fueras un perro que molesta. Solo una persona, cuando esta, trata de ayudarte y de que lo entiendas aun cuando te da una explicación en inglés. Las demás son supergroseras e indecentes. He ido por años a este lugar y creanme nada que ver con el otro correo que hay ahí mismo en Hialeah.
