  This USPS location has been an amazing addition to the Hialeah Gardens community. Since it opened a few months ago, it has made such a difference for those of us living in the nearby communities, especially around Aragón. The location is extremely convenient, right at The Shops at Highland near Publix and HomeGoods, and the fact that they are open seven days a week is a huge plus. They also offer Happy Returns and document notarization services, which makes having everything available in one place even more convenient. What really stands out, though, is the service. The staff is excellent—friendly, professional, efficient, and incredibly fast. Every time I have been there, I have received great service and a genuinely positive attitude from the team. Having this location so close to our community has been a game changer. Excellent service, excellent staff, excellent location, and incredibly convenient. Absolutely 5 out of 5. If I could give them 6 stars, I would!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I usually come here for Amazon returns, and every visit is a great experience. The store is always clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff is friendly, efficient, and they even recognize me by face now, which makes each visit feel more personal. They always have a positive attitude and get me in and out quickly. I genuinely enjoy coming to this location and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my shipping and return needs. Highly recommend!

  I had an excellent experience at this UPS Store! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made the shipping process quick and stress-free. The store was clean, well-organized, and I was in and out in no time. It’s refreshing to receive such great customer service these days. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing shipping, printing, or other services. I’ll definitely be coming back!
