August 25th 2026. Entered location 6:52pm I just left the store. UPS Store is a about Carrier services/customer service. I just had a rude experience with a service staff with this evening on shift. Short heigh, petite body, age late 20's early 30's, hispanic male, short dark hair. Yourger one from the group of three in the service counter. He seems to be chatting on his phone, he had an Apple airset on his left ear. He served me when I went to drop off my amazon retun package. When he saw the code QR said it was from a supermarket brand dropoff. He mentioned I cannot do it there. I asked him to let me know how to switch it to your store and He said call Amazon and walk out. I only grab my box and did Google search to change the location. While I was waiting online again. Same employee made a customer to grab his box on a carry on cart and drop it close to the counter while he was still chatting on his personal phone head set. He was NOT beeing nice with the customers at all. I decides to wait for another of the employees and the gentlemen was so helpfull in giving me the store zip code the right service (5 stars for him) . The rude employee needs to be reevaluated and sent to un-paid trainning to be doing his job right.
