  I had an Amazon return with a prepaid QR code, which is supposed to make the process quick and free. However, this location tried to charge me a processing fee just to scan and handle the package. I’ve returned Amazon packages at many other UPS Stores and have never been asked to pay anything. This seems to be a practice unique to this Hialeah location, and it creates unnecessary confusion for customers. If your Amazon return comes with a QR code, be aware that they may try to charge you for something that other UPS Stores handle at no cost. Very disappointing experience.

  Extremely disappointed with the service I received. I believe Store Owner Luis D should seriously reconsider who is managing this location. Customers deserve to be welcomed and treated with kindness, professionalism, and respect. From the moment I entered the store, I was polite, respectful, and professional. I left feeling upset, with my heart racing and my hands shaking. The incident was extremely triggering for me given my medical condition. An employee yelling at a customer for no reason is completely unacceptable. Even less saying “I can’t waist my time” while they’re AT work.

  whoever is working today tuesday june 2nd at 6pm is a terrible worker should definitely get fired. I called because it’s raining bad and i needed to return smt today since it’s the last day and he said he’ll close the door in my face at 6:30 exact even tho i was across the street at 6:27 and i just needed to do smt quick, hanged up on me after he gave me terrible attitude.
